Spirit of the rule - ask permission before sharing information about others, get permission from the Joint Staff to post information about any advertisements, and keep discussion about rules and regulations to tickets for admins and mods to review.

VIII. Admins and Moderators

The Joint Forces Commander (JFC) has the final say on what is acceptable and what is not;
To effectively administer the rules and regulations, the JFC will authorize those with official duties and responsibilities to uphold and enforce these rules on vJFCOM discord(s) and server(s).

Spirit of the rule - The Joint Forces Commander is the ultimate authority in all vJFCOM, and can overrule or change the rules and regulations as the command requires. Those deputized with the power and responsibility of a moderator or admin should embody the rules and enforce them to uphold the community expectations for the betterment of all players.
