Requirements

The Virtual Joint Forces Command is dedicated to cultivating pilot excellence through rigorous, structured training programmes that span a wide spectrum of aircraft and mission profiles. Members engage in immersive simulations designed to replicate real-world conditions—covering everything from fundamental airfield operations and precision flight manoeuvres to advanced tactical engagements. Whether honing air-to-air combat skills, practising formation flying, or mastering complex mission planning, our training modules provide every pilot with the opportunity to sharpen their abilities and achieve operational mastery.

New Recruits

New recruits must demonstrate proficiency in airfield overhead/instrument patterns, administrative formations (Fingertip/Route), and air refuelling procedures.

Upon successful evaluation, recruits join the Unit as Wingmen, where they advance into Tactical Formations, Weapons Employment, and progressively challenging, tactically realistic mission scenarios conducted during Squadron Practices.

Active Members

Active members are required to complete 2.0 hours of weekly, coordinated in-game training, aligned with their unit’s curriculum and currency requirements.
